Wrapped around the country

Mobile media specialist company Graffiti has extended its wrap to the coast with a successful year-old office in Durban and a new branch opening in Cape Town in May. "We have managed to grow the business as an increasing number of marketers acknowledge how effective and exciting mobile media can be as part of their marketing mix, both on their own fleets of vehicles and others," says director Dave Ferguson.

Technology, adds Ferguson, has also played a noteworthy role in this growth, "The quality of the adhesive vinyl material that is used to wrap vehicles is improving all the time, which means we can be even more creative than previously. The result is not only better, more original graphics but also improved durability and greater flexibility."

The Cape Town office, due to be established in May, will be run by Natalie Powder, who will relocate from Johannesburg, where she has worked on both media and production operations at Graffiti for two years.

"We already have a number of clients in Cape Town and we believe that to further service these businesses and grow our activities in the Mother City, it is essential to establish a strong presence there," says Powder.

Under the direction of Ferguson, the Durban office's portfolio of brands includes Belgotex, Ola, House of Paint, Sunsilk, Omo, Vaseline, Lipton and Bearing Man.
