Traffic Idols to be selected today

On Jacaranda 94.2 today, Monday, 14 March 2011, the Traffic Idol will selected to do traffic in the Workzone with Maurice Carpede and Barney Simon. From the thousands of entries, which were narrowed down to a top 20, the top five spent a day in the studios last week, campaigning for votes.

The station's spokesperson, Jenny Griesel says, "We are excited about scouting for new talent as the winner will be working at the station afterwards. This epitomises what the station is all about - changing people's lives for good."
