Groenewald, co-author of 'CEO Leadership Handbook', which studied prominent South African figures such as former president Nelson Mandela, Pick 'n Pay CEO Sean Summers, Wiphold CEO Louisa Mojela, and JSE CEO Russell Loubser, says Moditure Agenda aims to cultivate profitable leaders, and empower leaders and staff at all levels. "It is the first show of its kind to offer live coaching to listeners," he says.
Groenewald is joined by a panel of experts each week as he discusses current challenges and leadership issues within the South African context.
