The Regulations, first published in 2011 by the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA), seek to establish the framework through which the Authority may allocate and assign radio frequency spectrum under the South African National Radio Frequency Plan and establish transparent, fair and efficient procedures and processes for radio frequency spectrum licence applications.
All written representations submitted to the Authority shall be made available for inspection from 17 February 2015 at the ICASA Library or website.
