Jackson's kids could get US$100-million payout
The Sowetan says that Michael Jackson's children are likely to get US$100-million payout from Conrad Murray - the disgraced doctor found guilty of involuntary manslaughter for administering propofol to the legendary entertainer.
The Sowetan quotes TMZ.com as saying the district attorney has asked Judge Michael Pastor to order Conrad to pay the money to the children. It is based on claims that Jackson would have made US$100-million from his This Is It concert, which he was preparing for when he died.
Conrad could face up to four years in prison when he is sentenced next week.
