Inaugural Drum Beat Soweto concert
Drum Magazine has announced its new Drum Beat Soweto music concert, which will be held on 30 April, 2011, at Mofolo Park, Soweto. Hugh Masekela, Sipho "Hotstix" Mabuse, Theo Kgosinkwe, Malaika will be among the artists appearing.
The concert is set to be a day/night event and will be tailored to encourage people to come with their camp chairs, picnic blankets and braai stand to spend the day at the park, whilst enjoying the festivities.
So be sure to pack a picnic basket and bring the whole family to enjoy an afternoon of great authentic South African musical acts.

Gates open at 1pm. No glass, weapons, illegal substances. Facilities available: bar and food stalls.
