"We are ready and in a good frame of mind to take on Jamaica," said Proteas coach Elize Kotze. "The girls have been working very hard for this tour, they know what is at stake and with some new caps and experienced players in our squad I believe that we have every chance of doing well and upsetting the favoured Jamaican team."
Jamaica, ranked number four in the world, has played South Africa twelve times since 1963 and South Africa has only won three tests against the islanders.
The team will play a warm up game against the Jamaican under-21 side on Thursday 14 June.
