The difference between it and other online media initiatives is that it is not advocating one particular point of view or position. Rather, all views are welcomed, indeed the more vigorous the debate the better and it's also not simply about 'liking' a Facebook post, or 'retweeting' a comment made on Twitter. Instead it encourages contributors to post their opinions, to tweet their views and to lend their voice to the media debate online, offline, or wherever they are.
It has almost 500 fans on Facebook and over 300 followers on Twitter and is promoting some of its most active contributors to the position of MMC and every Media Monday, it will add a new name to the list.
