Wedge gets new look for Christmas

The Wedge shopping centre in Morningside, Sandton, owned and developed by the Public Investment Corporation (Government Employees Pension Fund), is undergoing a refurbishment, which will be completed by December 2017.

The current retailers, including Woolworths, Seattle Coffee, Clicks, Sorbet, Morningside Dispensary, Wedge Optometrist, Village VetShop, Samsung, Avanti Hair Salon, The Firm and Kong Tai Restaurant, will continue to trade as normal during the construction period.

According to the management agent, Mowana Properties, new tenants such as Super Spar with a Tops, Planet Fitness and The Baron Restaurant, will add to the new centre, with its sophisticated design, featuring modern finishes.
