Colourful ‘green' bags from Sandton City

Zuraida Jardine was recently spotted at Sandton City with the trendy and eco-friendly recycled Sandton City bag.

These 1000 limited edition bags, are being given away free to shoppers who spend R250 at one store during the Sandton City Summer Sale until Sunday, 7 February 2010, at the specially marked counter next to the Sandton City Info Kiosk in the Fountain Court.

"Sandton City is passionate about our environment and we have started a number of initiatives as part of our re-use and recycle ethos," says Sharon Swain, Sandton City centre manager. "In addition to being made from recycled material, these bags are truly gorgeous and we hope this will encourage our shoppers to use them time and time again, which will also contribute to saving our environment."
