SA U20 squad for training camp named
The SA U20 Training Squad completed a successful tour through South America last month where they won all three of their matches.
The next squad assembly gives coach, Eric Sauls, and the selectors another chance to look at potential candidates before they finalise the squad for the IRB Junior World Championship at the end of next month. The junior world champs will be hosted by Japan in June.
Sauls confirmed that the squad will get together on Thursday morning at the Sports Science Institute of SA in Newlands where the players will first undergo medical and fitness tests before travelling to their camp in Saldanha.
The squad's preparations include a warm-up match on Saturday at 15h30 against the Boland Vodacom Cup team in Wellington.
