The Mega Cities Africa Conference and Expo with the focus of The Rise of Mega Cities Africa, is taking place on 29-30 May 2013 at the CSIR ICC in Tshwane - the 3rd largest city in the world - and provides a space where public sector problems meet innovation and solutions.
