Shape magazine, published by Touchline Media, scooped the Sappi Pica award in the Health, Wellness and Spirituality category - its fourth Pica in the five-year history of the publication.
Newly appointed publisher Elsa Carpenter-Frank said: "We're incredibly proud to have brought home the prestigious Pica award.
