10 years of O

"I can't believe a decade has come and gone so fast," says O's editor, Samantha Page. "Over the years, we have achieved so much and to celebrate all of this in one month just wouldn't do the brand justice. Therefore, we start the birthday year with our April issue, which focuses solely on our favourite things. Our readers have always been winners, and this month is no different as we reward and give back to them."

For its 10th birthday lunch event, the magazine will host 100 readers at the five-star Sun International Table Bay Hotel, in Cape Town, on Wednesday 2 May 2012 through a Golden Ticket competition in the April issue, out now. This issue, as well as those of the rest of 2012, will also be supported by events, competitions and surprises.

Designing spaces

Published three times a year, the latest issue of Plascon Spaces is packed full of inspirational tips and ideas on how to use paint and colour to create magical spaces. It features a series of local designers including Porky Hefer, James Mudge and Aidan Bennetts from Cape Town and Durban trio Ruth Duke, Michele Throssel and Richard Stretton.

This issue offers eight pages on colour trends, the One Room Four Looks feature and the chance of winning a one-room-makeover. The magazine is available at all major newsstands and Plascon outlets nationwide.
