New glossy KZN monthly from Sunday Times offers entrepreneur competition
Greg Ardé, editor of Spice says, "Spice is elegant and refined, but also irreverent and witty. The magazine taps into what's uniquely hip about KwaZulu-Natal and promises to be an informative and entertaining read."
The first edition will look at the province's business and entrepreneurial successes, feature high profile residents of the province and listings of the best restaurants, party venues and places to relax. In addition, the magazine will include regular features that cover food, property, new developments, motoring, travel, a CSI 'brag page' and a visionary look at where the province is pitching for growth.
As part of the launch, the newspaper, in partnership with FNB and Deloitte, is inviting KwaZulu-Natal's entrepreneurs to present their business plan to 'The Shark Tank' - a panel of top KwaZulu-Natal business people. The business 'sharks' will gnaw on, evaluate and give their feedback. Entry is free and closes on Tuesday 24 March 2015.
To enter, participants need to send a one-page outline (600 words max) of their business plan to Greg Ardé at az.oc.semityadnus@gedra with 'Shark Tank' in the subject field. The winner and finalists will all receive extensive media exposure and the chance to be coached by some of KZN's most influential business minds.
