What to pack? What your mom wouldn't put in your suitcase...

Forget your tighty whities if you must, but DON'T FORGET YOUR COMPUTICKET - your all-access pass to the Loeries, to your flight, to the event, to registration. Forget this and you might as well have stayed at home. Bizcommunity.com pulls together your essential Loeries List of what to pack...

Compiled with input from the organisers and our own experience in Margate last year:

  1. Computicket (no ticket, no access, no party)

What to pack? What your mom wouldn't put in your suitcase...

  2. Kulula flight confirmation (make sure you also ticked to reserve a seat on the buses to Margate. Not sure, email with flight arrival and departure times)
  3. Hipflask (no alcohol will be served inside or outside the Loerie Awards venues for two hours).
  4. Something bling (for the first night)
  5. Something gold (for the second night)
  6. Something designer (for the Heat photographer)
  7. Something low cut (sorry, the boys on the sales team put that one in)
  8. Suntan oil (we are all praying for sun)
  9. Bath towels and bog roll (if your agency is paying for you to stay at one of the more exclusive guest houses, then scratch this one, but if you're in one of the self-catering units, then you need your own supplies!)
  10. Bikini - there are multiple bikini competitions this year
  11. Baggies (no self-respecting man should EVER wear a Speedo)
  12. Your own Moet & Pongracz (last year Margate was drunk dry of the bubbly stuff)
  13. Whatever hangover remedy you swear by (trust me on this one, you will need it, there are even more shooter girls, some dressed as naughty nurses and perky policewomen...)
  14. Energy drinks (you won't want to sleep)
  15. Viagra (you never know, even the old bokke get lucky at Loeries)
  16. Condoms (ditto)
  17. A little bit of ego - leave the big ego at home!
  18. A see-through carry all for your Loerie (to impress everyone on the return journey)
