KFC team adds hope at CEO SleepOut 2016
The KFC team of Doug Smart, md of KFC Africa, KFC champion Sydney Thela and KFC champion Sinanziwe Ndlovu joined the CEO SleepOut on 28 July 2016 on the Nelson Mandela Bridge to take a stand in fighting poverty and homelessness in South Africa.
Thela, a KFC area coach for the Free State and Northern Cape, has displayed exceptional leadership capabilities, through his own triumphs and determination. His story of growth and perseverance is one that is built on hope. Ndlovu has become an ambassador of Add Hope, sharing her own story of how a meal has changed her life and brought about the change she needed. Today Sinanziwe is a beacon of hope to many, as she continues on her journey to spread hope.
The CEO SleepOut allows business influencers, such as CEOs, to empathise with the homeless by spending a night on the streets of Johannesburg on one of the coldest nights in the year.
