New leadership team members join Neotel

Nadia Bulbulia

Bulbulia has over 15 years of experience in the communications sector. She was a councillor at the regulator (IBA and ICASA, respectively), worked briefly at Vodacom and spent three years heading Cell C's regulatory division, as a member of its executive team. She has consulted in the public and private sector and has served on several boards.

Bulbulia has a Master's degree from the University of Witwatersrand and studied international relations at the Clingendael Institute in The Hague. She is currently developing a PhD proposal focusing on the ICT sector.

Whiley replaces Anil Khandelwal, who returns to India towards the end of this financial year.
