CisionPoint PR workflow software comes to South Africa

CisionPoint PR, workflow software and services will be available in South Africa from early April 2011. Built on a media database of well over a million global media contacts, the software combines feeds from thousands of global news and social media sources and press and broadcast content from partners in over 125 countries into an integrated dashboard.

KLEA Media Intelligence director, Norman Clements, formerly SVP of international operations for Cision in Chicago, said that it represents a valuable addition to the company's suite of real-time communications tools. Cision, one of the world's leading providers of software, services and tools for the media and public relations industry, appointed KLEA Media Intelligence as its Southern African partner last year.

"Together with our South African marketing and content partners, Kwanda Media, Intranews and News Monitors, we provide a seamless national and international print, broadcast and internet monitoring service, together with media analysis, media research and news distribution service all on one platform," said Clements.

Functionality has been designed with communications professionals to ensure they manage brands, campaigns and crises in the most efficient way possible. It incorporates the Delahaye methodology for basic quantitative and advanced qualitative analysis.

Launch activities and demonstrations of the platform and a series of workshops are scheduled for the three main centres starting with Johannesburg in early April 2011. To attend, email Angela Barter az.oc.rpsnoitacinummoc@alegna.
