Huggies Dry Comfort, winner of the 2009 Product of the Year award, has added a new leak guard waistband to ensure that the nappies continue to deliver on its promise of uncompromising dryness.

According to Edmé Brink, brand manager of Huggies Dry Comfort, moms are so busy providing for their families that they don't have time to worry about whether their baby's nappy is going to leak. “The leak guard waistband on Huggies Dry Comfort will put mom's minds at ease as it promises to keep baby dry.”

Huggies trusts its brand's promise of dryness and is willing to give away a year's supply of nappies to ten moms.

During the months of July and August, Huggies Dry Comfort will run a national consumer promotion where moms can stand the chance to win a year's supply of nappies. All they will need to do is buy a stickered pack of Huggies Dry Comfort and sms the word “Huggies dryness” and the last five digits of the barcode to the competition number to stand a chance of winning. “It is expensive having a baby which is why Huggies has committed to help ease the burden wherever possible,” says Brink.

In addition to the sms competition, promoters will be in selected retail outlets giving in-store product demonstrations to show how the new leak guard waistband works, as well as handing out samples for moms to try.

The Dry Comfort range is available in all local retailers in the various pack formats and sizes of two, three, four, four plus and five.
