Harley-Davidson goes for (black) gold
Michael Carney, marketing manager Harley- Davidson Middle East & Africa says, "Harley-Davidson Gold Rand marks the third dealership to launch in Gauteng. The dealership is well positioned to meet the needs of the East Rand market and the showroom features the latest Harley- Davidson motorcycles, motor-clothes collections, a full range of accessories for customization and previously owned Harley-Davidsons while the technologically advanced workshop and service team will see to all customer after-sales requirements."
Carney adds: "We are excited to welcome Sean Shipalana, the co-owner of Gold Rand Dealership, the first black-owned dealership in the country."
The dealership also features an official Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.) members club, which includes an impressive 100 members since its inception in February this year. Gray restaurant, a distinct concept-driven eatery which will offer haute couture beef, locally brewed beer, locally made cheeses and wines from the Cape will be adjoined to the dealership offering riders and locals alike a trendy place to relax and socialize.
