Famous Brands acquires new trademarks
Famous Brands Limited has acquired the Black Steer restaurants and Bulldogs pubs trademarks and franchise agreements.
The company said on Monday, 1 March 2010, the trademarks were previously owned by Black Steer Holdings, currently in liquidation.
It did not disclose the price.
It said the acquisition would help remove consumer confusion over FB's existing Steers brand, and Black Steer.
