Making it to the big-big screen
Several local films have been selected to compete at the Cannes and Vienna Film Academy international festivals this year, according to AFDA, South Africa's motion picture and performance school.
AFDA multiple award winning film Triomfeer, starring Marius Weyers, will compete in Vienna, while fourth year honours films, Four days, Box and SA/X, as well as third year graduation film Flight of Feathers will go to Cannes.
AFDA graduate director Gili Apter's two films Box and SA/X will be seen in the local Ster Kinekor cinemas in the near future.
