Edward Ruiz Mentorship winner's work goes on show
The work of Thandile Zwelibanzi, winner of the 2010/2011 Edward Ruiz Mentorship, goes on show at The Photo Workshop Gallery from 3 August - 1 September 2011.
Presented by the Market Photo Workshop, in association with AngloGold Ashanti, his work, entitled Still Existence, documents the lives of informal traders on the streets of Johannesburg. Zwelibanzi is the sixth recipient of the prestigious mentorship and was mentored by well-known South African photographer Peter McKenzie.
The deadline for applications for the 2011/2012 Edward Ruiz Mentorship is 29 July 2011.
