Sourcing sound tracks, local music, licensing
Gallo Images Music Supervisory Service, headed up by Nigel Laver, now offers South African clients a range of musical services, including searching for appropriate music tracks to match the mood of the message, negotiating fees and clearances with local and international artists and arranging licensing requirements.
Commenting on the new service, Bruce Stewart, CEO of Gallo Images, says, "We identified the need from clients who either did not know where to go to find the South African and international artists and tracks they were after or who needed to meet tight deadlines and budgets with a limited number of staff qualified for the job.
