Chad Ling of Dulce Café shares some of his cooking with Eurika

The mood was light and the wine flowed as Dulcé Café operations manager, Chad Ling, prepared a delectable feast for those who had made Kuhn and her husband's guest list. On the menu for the evening was chicken roulade stuffed with slow-roasted tomatoes, olives and feta cheese, accompanied by roasted Mediterranean vegetables and mini potato rosti. All this was topped off with a dessert of banana spring rolls.

Says Kuhn of the mouth-watering food and entertainment, “It was an unbelievable experience to have chef, Chad cooking for us in the comfort of my own home. He shared his culinary secrets with us and gave us the opportunity to be involved in all the preparations that were taking place in the kitchen. I will never forget this experience; I felt like a real celebrity.”
