Veenwouden Classic 2007 (cabernet sauvignon with merlot, cabernet franc and Malbec) in a suggested food pairing of Osso Bucco with couscous and garden vegetables. Approximate retail price R250.
Veenwouden Merlot 2009 in a suggested food pairing of roast duck with a merlot and red berry jus; or Springbok fillet with a cranberry or chocolate jus. Approximate retail price R230.
Veenwouden Syrah 2010 (90% Syrah, 5% mourvèdre and 5% Grenache) in a suggested food pairing of roast lamb or beef steak with black pepper; rich hearty casseroles; or three mushroom risotto with biltong shavings and a hint of truffle. Approximate retail price R230.
Veenwouden Vivat Bacchus Chenin Blanc 2011 (with 15% Viognier)- suggested food pairing Prawn and Brandy Bisque with cream. Approximate retail price R55.
Veenwouden Vivat Bacchus Red Blend 2010 (89% merlot, 11% Shiraz) with food pairing of Springbok Carpaccio with pumpkin seeds, chakalaka goats' cheese and reduced balsamic vinegar. Approximate retail price R75.
Veenwouden Renovatio 2006, launched this year, in a limited releases of 600 bottles, only sold off the estate at ±R700 per bottle.
Veenwouden Cuvée Brut Reserve 2009 is available at select specialist wine merchants and retails for ±R235 per bottle.
Veenwouden Chardonnay Special Reserve 2010 is available at select specialist wine merchants and retails for ±R330 per bottle.
