Platinum Group is a Best Employer for 2010/11

From hundreds of organisations, The Platinum Group is one of only 55 that were certified as a Best Employer in 2010/11. This means The Platinum Group achieved an international standard in HR and talent management and is therefore recognised as a Best Employer by the CRF Institute.

Best Employers are South Africa's leading employer brands; run by the CRF Institute which is an international research and media group, specialising in HR, strategy and leadership research. CRF works with Blue Chip and Fortune 500 clients from around the globe. They operate in three continents and 12 countries.
This is the first year Platinum participated and even though successful, the company's management says it knows there is always room for improvement. However, it is great to be recognised as an organisation that is highly and continuously committed to achieving an International standard of excellence.
