Wiehan Brink was recently named champion Master Bartender in South Africa during the final of the Pilsner Urquell Master Bartender program.
Brink joined Master Bartenders from 14 other countries in New York this month to hone their skills and perfect pouring the perfect beer. The art of serving beverages theatrically, at the right temperature and a keen understanding of the hospitality industry has become a highly sought after skill with increased recognition given to professionals behind the bar.
