Nic Wides new Touchline MD
Wides brings a significant amount of experience to his role. He has more than 12 years gained within the company in various managerial positions and most recently as publishing and business director for Touchline Media, which he joined in 1995 as promotions manager of Sports Illustrated magazine He holds a B Comm degree from Stellenbosch University.

Touchline divisions
Touchline Media is a magazine publisher in the sports and healthy lifestyle sector, with interests in publishing (consumer and specialist titles in print and online), eventing and PR. It publishes global brands Men's Health, Sports Illustrated, Shape, Golf Digest, Runner's World, Fit Pregnancy, Bicycling and Best Life, as well as local titles Kick Off and the global first in MH Living.
Touchline Special Projects Division produces the following custom magazines: Horizons for BA Comair, Discovery magazine for Discovery, Strictly Business for MTN Business and Prokard for Protea hotels. OnTarget creates specialist soccer publications for SAFA, Bafana, Bafana, FIFA, the PSL and other major local soccer stakeholders. Touchline Online manages all complimentary websites for the specific magazine brands and drives the company's foray into the online arena.
Touchline Media also owns youth publisher Atoll Media – Zig Zag, Blunt and Saltwater Girl – and has a 50% stake in Gallo Images and Getty Master Delegate in the sub-Saharan and Middle Eastern markets. Finishline offers an eventing and PR service.
