South African Internet portal iafrica.com, independent television website TVSA.co.za and community blogging site TashiTagg.com have joined forces in a strategic three-way partnership as of mid-January 2007. iafrica.com will provide news feeds for TashiTagg.com in a wide variety of categories, while TVSA will provide iafrica.com with exclusive television content.
iafrica.com is a division of Primedia Online, a Primedia company. TashiTagg.com and TVSA.co.za are owned by TashiTagg Entertainment, an independent media company.
The iafrica.com news categories include Latest Headlines, Entertainment, Sport, Business, Science & Technology and Travel news.
TVSA will supply daily television news stories to iafrica.com, as well as a Show of the Week, reality show recaps, show reviews, weekly TAMS ratings analysis and various original television features.
Readers of iafrica.com are invited to create their own TV blogs on TVSA and each week two articles written by bloggers on TVSA will be published on iafrica.com.
