Dynamic communication agency looking for material design and production company

Centre for Communications Impact (previously known as JHHESA) is a section 21 South African entity that uses strategic communication approaches to improve the health and well-being of all South Africans. As part of this approach, CCI develops tools and resources that are used to complement mass media communication that reaches people on health-related information. Our two primary campaigns are Brothers for Life (www.brothersforlife.org) and Zazi (www.zazi.org).

CCI is seeking quotes from an external design and production agency to provide print and advertising materials as required. Almost all resources are translated to between 6 and 11 languages. This involves the design, layout and printing of materials to support advocacy, communication and social mobilisation activities. All design includes original illustration and artwork as well as visual elements provided by CCI. This includes the following new work:

Billboard design and production - 4 x new billboard campaigns per annum
Pamphlet design and production 5 x A5 pamphlets a year, full colour (6 languages)
1 x Z-card a year, full colour ( 6 languages)
5 unique newspaper ads a year, full colour ( English only)
2 x 100 page training manuals per annum, full colour ( English only)

- Three References
