New MD, GM at Universal McCann

Bruce Williamson has been appointed as MD and Laiza Zikalala as GM of the full service media agency UM (Universal McCann). Williamson has spent many years in the media agency space and is a previous winner of the Roger Garlick Award.

Laiza Zikalala began her career as a media planner before moving to SABC Radio to experience the media owner realm where she worked as a marketing manager and station manager. She then took up the positions of marketing manager at Ster Kinekor Theatres and Hewlett Packard before joining UM.

According to Reinher Behrens, CEO of McCann Worldgroup, "They both bring with them decades of experience and embody our ethos of curiosity perfectly.
