SA adspend shows slow growth
Investment in advertising for the first half of this year grew a paltry 9% when compared with the same time-period last year.
Although television reflected growth of 17%, most of it can be ascribed to self-promotion, while radio dropped 5%.
The best performance is by Outdoor Advertising, which grew by 24%, to R185,042m.
