Job description
You are a creative thinker with a strong sense of design, aesthetics, and storytelling, with hands-on skills?We are looking for a passionate and imaginative Creative to join our live communications team. In this role, you will transform ideas into inspiring concepts and presentations that drive outstanding brand experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with strategy, design, and production teams to develop innovative event formats, creative storytelling, and memorable activities that engage audiences.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and visualise new creative ideas for live events, activations, and campaigns.
- Create compelling presentations and pitch decks that bring concepts to life.
- Strong ability in concept development and storytelling that aligns with brand strategy.
- Stay on top of trends, tools, and technologies in live communication, design, and digital media.
- You work directly on projects from brief to build with support from other internal creative disciplines
- You demonstrate experience of conceptual thinking and visual storytelling in experiential and live marketing in your daily work
- You confidently direct across a variety of channels
Presentation tools: Strong skills in Keynote, PowerPoint, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrater... for pitch decks and client presentations.
Production knowledge: Understanding of event production workflows (lighting, AV, staging) to design in sync with technical constraints.
Event-specific design knowledge: Experience creating stage/backdrop visuals, motion graphics, screen content, and event branding.
3D/spatial design: Familiarity with tools like Cinema4D, Blender, or SketchUp for stage design, booth design, or spatial storytelling.
Project management tools: Familiarity with Monday, Notions, Trello, or similar to coordinate creative workflows.
Presentation skills: Ability to present creative ideas clearly, persuasively, and with confidence, both internally and to clients.
Strong sense of aesthetics and design sensitivity: Keen eye for detail, trends, and visual harmony, ensuring concepts are both creative and brand-consistent
Structured, Independent Way of Working: Organised approach to tasks, managing priorities and deadlines efficiently while taking ownership of projects.
