• Commercially driven with a passion for sales and account growth
• Experienced in managing agency and direct client relationships
• Skilled at identifying and converting new business opportunities
• Confident presenting ideas, negotiating commercial agreements and closing deals
• Consultative in their approach, with the ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Comfortable working with data and using campaign performance insights to grow accounts

What will you do?

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of agency, brand and advertiser accounts
  Develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and direct clients
• Create compelling digital advertising and partnership proposals
• Negotiate commercial agreements and secure new campaigns
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to brief
• Monitor campaign performance and present meaningful insights to clients
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts and CRM records
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities

What do you need?

• Minimum 3 years' experience in digital advertising sales, media sales, agency account management or a similar commercial role
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and growing client accounts
• Experience selling digital advertising, media, branded content, sponsorships or performance marketing solutions
• Strong presentation, proposal writing and negotiation skills
• Ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide commercial recommendations
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems, PowerPoint or Google Slides, and Excel or Google Sheets
• Existing relationships within media agencies, advertisers or the digital media industry would be advantageous
