Key deliverables :
- Service the customer base effectively and build strong relationships
- Prospect for new customers
- Good product knowledge
- Effective marketing of new and existing products
- Effective lead management and conversion rate of leads
- Familiarity with the construction market (preferred but not essential)
- Proper administration of CRM
- Adherence to sales policies and procedures
- Timeous and effective response to customer
- Contribution to the team effort
- 5+ years sales experience in hardware/ construction or industrial industries.
- Sales/ Marketing degree or diploma
- Experience using CRM systems and managing customer bases.
- Experience with territory/ time management
- Experience tracking projects/ opportunities
