Media Sales Executive

Who we are looking for:
An energetic, driven and confident Media Sales Executive with strong sales and client relationship skills. Experience in media, advertising or publishing will be advantageous.

What will you do:

• Drive advertising sales across digital and print platforms
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet with clients and negotiate at boardroom level
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and deadlines
• Identify new business opportunities and grow revenue
• Sell media packages, including digital, print, social media and newsletters
• Attend décor shows and industry events throughout the year
• Travel to key centres across South Africa as required

What will you need:

• Needs to be self-motivated, self-starter with solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Minimum of two years sales experience in a similar environment
• Excellent telephonic, online meeting and face to face communication and presentation skills
• Digital marketing experience
• Understand basic backend, frontend website architecture, Google Analytics and digital reporting

Experience in Decor media or event sales in a digital environment is preferable
