Job description

• Act as a reliable daily contact for client marketing and category teams
• Understand each brand's promotional rhythm and requirements
• Communicate clearly, accurately and in good time
• Manage day-to-day requests and expectations professionally
• Anticipate recurring needs across the promotional calendar

• Write clear and accurate briefs
• Load and manage jobs through magnetic
• Drive jobs through the pipeline to meet non-negotiable print deadlines
• Manage multiple concurrent jobs without dropping detail
• Coordinate specifications, sizes and formats across print and digital

• Check every deliverable against the brief before client routing
• Uphold brand CI across all brands and formats
• Support proofing and reconciliation of pricing, copy and mechanics
• Capture amendments accurately and keep version control clean
• Protect the account against costly errors and reprints

• Work closely with creative, creative services, traffic and production
• Communicate updates and changes promptly
• Escalate timeline risks early
• Maintain clear, accessible documentation
• Contribute positively to a collaborative studio environment

• Manage cost estimates
• Support accurate billing
• Keep job status and records current in magnetic
• Monitor scope and flag out-of-scope requests
• Maintain accurate financial and job documentation

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Calm and dependable under constant deadline pressure
• Clear communicator with strong briefing discipline
• Comfortable managing high job volumes

• 1–2 years in a client service, coordination or traffic role
• Retail or high-volume production environment an advantage
• Relevant tertiary qualification
