AI Implementation Expert

We are looking for an AI Implementation Expert who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. This is a hands-on role focused on identifying AI opportunities, rapidly prototyping solutions, and deploying practical AI capabilities that deliver measurable business value.From Generative AI copilots and intelligent chatbots to machine learning models and workflow automation.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritise AI opportunities that improve efficiency, automate processes, and deliver measurable business value.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions, including Generative AI copilots, conversational agents, workflow automation, and machine learning models using Microsoft and Azure AI technologies.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data platforms, APIs, and business systems while ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously optimise AI solutions through prompt engineering, model improvement, performance measurement, and user feedback.
• Ensure responsible AI practices by implementing appropriate governance, compliance, security, and operational controls.
• Drive AI adoption through stakeholder engagement, knowledge sharing, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to embed AI into business operations.

Qualifications and experience:

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Postgraduate qualifications and Microsoft certifications in Azure AI, Power Platform, Applied AI, or Data Science are advantageous but not essential.
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI, automation, analytics, or machine learning solutions that create measurable business value.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying Generative AI solutions, AI agents, copilots, workflow automation, and machine learning models using technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, Python, SQL, Azure ML, Microsoft Fabric, and Power Automate.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise data platforms, APIs, and business applications, with a sound understanding of the end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle.
• Strong business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and consulting skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
