Across nine impactful months, the Learning & Development Africa Rise movement built momentum through a monthly, free pre-conference webinar series. Guided by the overarching theme, "Reshaping Africa’s Collective Image: Global Access and Opportunities through Learning & Development," these sessions served as a catalyst for critical conversations, thought leadership, and strategic alignment across the continent.
From exploring female empowerment in "Accelerating Equity Through Learning" to unpacking digital shifts in "AI & Learning" and "Building Skills for 2030," each webinar addressed pressing organizational needs. The journey culminated on 24 September 2026 with key discussions on data-driven strategy and a collective synthesis in "Reshaping Africa’s Collective Image: What Must Change Now".
Having established the foundational dialogue, the stage is now set for Africa’s L&D leaders, visionaries, and change-makers to gather in person for the main event.
