He then joined BJM Securities as an equity sales trader later that year. In 2007, he heeded a call back to research analysis when he joined Thebe Securities and, subsequently, Legae Securities as a sell-side Equity Research Analyst. In April 2012, He joined Novare Actuaries and Consultants as a Senior Fund Manager. A position from which he was promoted in 2014 to the role of Managing Director Novare Actuaries and Consultants Botswana. In 2017 he was called upon to spearhead Vele's asset management strategy, firstly through VBS Wealth and Investment Managers, and now through Vele Asset Managers.
