I am currently looking for internship / leadership / job available.
I have 1 year work experience in finance and administration from Netcare Kuilsriver Private Hospital. My Duties were as follows:
? Telecommunication duties such as handle incoming and outgoing telephonic queries from patient.
? Assistance at reception and information sharing. Attend training courses to develop
? Safekeeping of payment and other accounting documentation for audit purposes
? In control of incoming and outgoing calls of the hospital.
? Making telephone and rental invoices every month
? Processing of payments, Credit notes and Debit, Invoices, daily Cash up on SAP
? Direct transfers and medical Clearing on SAP
? Taking deliveries, checking the invoice and sign it
? Unpack the stock and put right on the shelves
? Capturing of new stock on " Mymakert"
? Issuing the stock out to the words if they ordered
? Writing manual orders on the purchase book
I am hard worker, a good listener and a fast learner. I believe that there is nothing I cannot do if I get a proper training.
