BDCE has been in operation for over a decade with our head office situated in Cape Town. Our core function is training and development of human resources.

To enable us to deliver a service to our client of a superior nature, we have a team that comprises of competent professionals with extensive experience.

BDCE supports the principle of adult education. Our training is characterized by interaction and participation as opposed to traditional theoretical courses. We customize our programmes to meet our clients' specific training needs. Training programmes have been implemented successfully to a wide variety of clients in numerous industries.

We provide workshops as well as accredited training through competent facilitators and our QMS includes accredited assessors and moderators. BDCE adheres to strict quality assurance protocols as prescribed by the SETA.

BDCE is a registered service provider with the Service SETA and holds memorandums of understanding with LG, PSETA, ETDP, FASSET and MICT SETA.
