Monitoring/Supervising AV T technicians along with student assistants/ Intern, issuing instructions and ensuring that all instructions are adhered to.
• Ensuring safe keeping of AV equipment and storeroom, by controlling access and recording stock in the storeroom.
• Compiling aggregate audit report and asset report from technicians in their respective venues.
• Assisting top management in planning and implementing SOP's
• Ensuring that only the best service is delivered to clients and stakeholders within the University and maintaining good service delivery and less escalations.
• Assis in terms of coordinating events and ensuring that the relevant and necessary equipment is available.
• Compile, maintain and signing off overtime for my respective team.
• Compiling shift hand over report while also assisting the administrator to compile weekly, service and incident reports.
