Job Purpose
• To obtain, process and analyse comprehensive data on credit active entities throughout the credit granting cycle. This is achieved by means of conducting telephonic interviews with senior representatives as well as utilising external sources of information on the subject company.
These external sources include the gathering of:
o CIPC data,
o Bank References,
o Trade references
o Property and Bond Information
• Data capturing
• To ensure that the completed report meets the required quality standards within the agreed SLA.
• To monitor and prioritize workflow in order to meet deadlines
• To perform all administrative and ad-hoc duties in line with the job function.
• Scanning and linking company judgments
• Client liaison and handling of queries
Credit Assessment (Credit Vetting)
o Analysis of client monthly financial reporting and resolution of queries with clients.
o Credit administration and risk management, i.e. Deeds office searches, bank reports and other credit processes.
o Compliance issues.
o Business development and client acquisition including credit checks, new client acceptance, documentation handling and following up on all aspects.
o Other administration activities.
