Started Considered Creative and partnered with Bonnie Kaplan in 2014 developing the Considered Leadership programmes. We offer workshops, team building sessions and mentoring in leadership development for organisations and individuals. Our aim is to promote healthy leadership development especially for women as considered leaders, in all professions.
I have a Masters in Fine Art (Cum Laude), where I specialised in reflective methodologies for personal and professional development. My partner also studies reflective methodologies in entrepreneurial development. We translated these methodologies into a practical tool and method for daily application and in-depth reflection and analysis for improved performance, goal setting and leadership and strategic development.
