All together I have 15 years experience working for the department of education before I cut my service in order to further my studies. I did a lot of education management training courses and I have certificates confirming that. I became the principal of Healdtown Comprehensive High School, formerly Healdtown College which is the alma mater of most of our political icons and academics both deceased and still alive like, Dr. Nelson Mandela, Prof Robert Sobukwe, Rev/Dr. Gqubule, Prof Loyiso Nongxa, Dr. Mvuyo Tom etc. The school was part of the Historic Schools Restoration Project which was led by Archbishop Njongonkulu Ndungane and as principals we attended a lot management skills development programs.
