Through life experiences and influences of people we have developed perceptions about ourselves that are not always true and which may sabotage our success. The voice in our heads that say "we are not good enough", we will never be successful" are self sabotage. Limiting beliefs stop us from achieving the success we deserve.
We work with individuals in creating a future that they wish to live, developing an action plan in making that a reality. Often in life we hope to have a successful life but cannot describe what that success looks or feels like and are disappointed and saddened when we cannot get the life we want. As I say "if you give the universe vague the universe will give you vague back". Having a clear vision, being aware of the possible challenges and developing steps to achieve the vision to make that vision a reality.
