I am a passionate and energetic person with a love for people, learning and teaching. Though I have had a wide variety of jobs and positions, each one of those jobs taught me something about training and development of staff and the importance of ensuring that a workforce is properly equipped to do the work set out for them to do.

In every one of the jobs I had in the last 10 years I have had a training responsibility of some kind, from basic sales training and store maintenance training, to technical and IT systems training.

Because of my love for and belief in training, I completed a facilitation course and a course-writing/course development course, both of which are SETA accredited.

I can easily identify with people from all walks of life and have a natural knack and ability to take complex concepts and ideas and simplify them in a way that people can understand and relate to. I believe this makes me a better trainer all-round.

I believe that I will be an asset to any training team and look forward to the opportunity to use my skills and experience to benefit others.
